Account Manager New Business

Location: Delft, the Netherlands

As Account Manager New Business, you will lead efforts to penetrate new markets by identifying and engaging potential clients to introduce Prime Vision's solutions and products.

The job

You will work closely with the Global Sales and Marketing team and product experts and involve them in the sales process when needed.

This role is ideal for you if you have a hunter mentality, and you know how to uncover untapped opportunities and generate qualified leads. With just a few years of sales experience this role can boost your sales capabilities in a high-tech, collaborative, and global environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

Market Penetration & Lead :

  • Support market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce Prime Vision's solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
  • Clearly and convincingly articulate offerings and value proposition.

Product Promotion & Sales Enablement:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Prime Vision, promoting products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition.
  • Drive interest and conversion through targeted (online and offline) promotional activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Leverage the CRM system for insights and follow up.

Your profile

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent thinking level.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You have mastered the art of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and making them easy to understand.
  • Experience and/or a network in a logistics area is appreciated.

Sales Expertise:

  • Proven track record in customer acquisition (including cold calling) and business development, preferably within technology and/or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer acquisition strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking:

  • A curious and self-motivated mindset.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Capacity to execute initiatives that drive business growth and market expansion.
