Next to that, are you not afraid of challenging guides at any time and being challenged? Then this is your job! We're looking for an enthusiastic Holiday Destinations Manager/Area Manager Sun .
Your impact

The Area Manager Sun is a flexible and hardworking people manager who is responsible for the implementation of the whole customer sales and service journey. This means that you have a big knowledge of the operations in the destinations and you're able to use your experience to improve the future destination customer journey. Therefore you need to make sure that the guides are respected and involved in the ambitions we have as Sunweb Group and that the sales and service targets will be reached.

As an Area Manager it is important you're autonomous which asks a good knowledge of our tools. This will help you to focus on coaching the guides and helping them with any issue, but also to challenge the guides at any time to start thinking in our new dynamic strategy and to act on this as much as possible. During summer season you will available 24/7 and you're able to interact at any time when emergencies or calamities will happen. Daily contact with the team leads and partners, visits on all destinations, feedback sessions and continuously improvements along the way from destination back to the office and visa versa are all part of the job. After the season you'll have time to take as step back and relax.

• An enthusiastic and positive team player, who is constructive, thinks in solutions and pro-active.
• You are service and sales oriented and you're able to work under pressure.
• You have knowledge of the operations in the destinations and you know how to coach teams.
• You are a problem solver from nature and you are eager to teach these skills to your teams

Job requirements

What skills will bring you to the top?

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Team lead on destination / Destination Responsible (Sun and/ or Winter seasons)
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  
• Have good knowledge of our digital devices, systems and apps or you're willing to learn this
• Be stress resistant, 24/7 available and handling solutions
  
• Be independent, autonomous and know how to deal with a big responsibility
