Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). One of your core competences is that you can bridge the gap between business and IT. This means, among other things, that you can speak the language of the various stakeholders.
You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from business and IT teams at Knab. You will translate the needs from our customers and internal stakeholders to solutions, that clearly add value for Knab and our customers.
There is much freedom to give direction to the solutions in the CIAM domain. So we want you to be driven to contribute to innovative and future proof solutions.
As a CIAM specialist at Knab, these are your key responsibilities are:

• You identify the needs of customers and internal stakeholders and translate these (together with the engineering team) into IT requirements in the form of detailed user stories.
• You completely understand the state of processes and the integrations between systems in relation to CIAM.
• You ensure that CIAM processes are well described and up-to-date. You also make sure the team and any stakeholders know the processes well, and that the processes remain aligned with technical implementation.
• You support the Product Owner by formulating requirements in the form of user stories, that are clear and manageable in size so they can easily be picked up by the development team.

The team
In this role, you are part of our CIAM team. The CIAM team ensures that our customers experience convenience and security, every day, when accessing their banking products. To achieve this, we work closely with the different product teams at Knab so we can create the best possible experience for our customers.

Your profile
We believe that with the following profile you can be very successful in this role:

• You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience:
  • Requirements analysis
  • Software development and implementation
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You are a strong communicator, and you can clearly articulate business and technical requirements, both on paper and in a presentation.
• You work well in a multicultural environment and have cultural sensitivity.
• Plusses are:
  • Experience within the financial sector.
  • Experience in the CIAM domain.
