These are your tasks and responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR Officer to support our Finance department and global QHSE manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CSR reporting systems. Additionally, you will assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating various CSR initiatives, along with creating comprehensive CSR analyses and reports.
The scope of you work is international, and you will be located in Rotterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and maintain Radio Holland's CSR reporting framework, including data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with global Office coordinators to ensure timely CSR reporting for CSRD compliance.
• Check CO2 emission reports for completeness and quality.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate global initiatives to enhance CSR performance.
• Propose and initiate improvements in data quality, processes, and tools for better simplicity and uniformity.
• Support the Global QHSE manager in developing and maintaining CSR policies, procedures, and documents.
• Maintain and issue QHSE reports to provide insight into CSR performance for management.
