As an HR and Facilities Support Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating facility services and supporting the HR department with tasks in recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and employee development.

What are you going to do?

• Supporting the HR department in the areas of inflow, throughput, and outflow, including onboarding new employees;
• Organizing events such as receptions, company outings, staff parties, and anniversaries;
• Organizing and registering internal training (e.g., HW academy) and external training in consultation with relevant parties;
• Outsourcing repairs, restoration, and maintenance work on buildings, grounds, inventory, and overseeing the execution;
• Preparing, arranging, and managing contracts with external suppliers (cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, HVAC installations);
• Arranging business trips and hotel/car reservations worldwide for the company's employees and relations;
• General secretarial tasks such as phone calls, agenda management, welcoming guests, arranging gifts, and making/recording appointments.

Who are you?

• Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level;
• Proven work experience of more than 3 years in similar roles;
• You are enthusiastic and energetic;
• You are eager to learn and have integrity;
• You work accurately and in a structured manner;
• You have good communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
