This is what your job looks like

To strengthen our Business Development Team in Rotterdam-North, we are looking for a driven Online Sales Representative who understands the sales and customer process and has a passion for cars. Through our online channels many customer requests come in, it's up to you to pick them up quickly and convert them into leads! The main focus will be to optimize the process of lead follow-up and online sales. In addition, you will have daily telephone contact with potential customers and plan appointments in order to provide them with the right advice in the field of sales and after-sales. Together with your colleagues you will also ensure that all our KPIs are achieved, these consist mostly of loyalty products to bind customers to our company. We are growing enormously and because we want to help our customers quickly in their choice, we are looking for an enthusiastic Online Sales employee to expand our team.

Your main duties will be:

• Actively approach potential customers by phone;
• Preparing, sending and following up on price proposals
• Generating and following up on online leads
• Maintain contact through our online channels such as WhatsApp & web chat
• Tracking and monitoring the customer journey
• Making workshop appointments.

What we ask of you

As an Online Sales Representative, you are enthusiastic, customer friendly and commercially minded. You also have the ability to score!
In addition, we expect you to have a good command of the Dutch language in both word and writing, be punctual and motivated to perform.

It would be nice if you have experience with (online) customer contact in the automotive industry, but this is not a requirement.
